Stan started drafting professionally in the 1970’s. He invested 3 yrs in the Architecture program at University of Idaho then started his own general contracting business. After 22 yrs as a home builder he switched to subcontracting and project management both on commercial and residential projects. After an injury Stan switched to his architectural training and went full time into drafting.

Stan was the lead drafter for the largest single family home builder in Alaska for 9 yrs.
